Application and ijtihad section
This section represents the highest stage of scholarly qualification, where the student moves from receiving and studying knowledge to practical application and partial ijtihad. It is not limited to fixed courses; instead, the student prepares applied research in various Islamic disciplines under the supervision of a select group of scholars and editors.
Section goals:
- Developing the tools of partial ijtihad and weighing juristic opinions.
- Preparing the researcher to analyze legal and theological issues accurately.
- Qualifying the student to issue responses on contemporary cases according to the Ahl al-Bayt method.
- Granting the student scholarly authorization after completing the section requirements.
After completing this section, the student receives a scholarly certification in the specialty in which they excelled.
